REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day exchange, replacement, or partial refund policy on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or defects. 

Unfortunately, this policy does not cover change of mind, damage caused by incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear from activities such as burnouts or rough handling.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, and you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your items.

We are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. Contact ModPro Support to initiate a return.

EXCHANGES

We welcome all exchanges. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping product to ModPro. We will resend the exchanged item to you for free. You can exchange merchandise for any item of equal value only. 

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any issues with damaged or defective merchandise must also be reported within 30 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement.

Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
